Crazy Cats is the 1st stage of The Crazed Titan. Next stage: Resident Feline.
Crazed Titan Cat doesn't come out until you touch the enemy base. When he does, he brings 2,560,000 HP, 320 range and five knockbacks. His normal punch is slow and easy to live with. The problem is that each hit has a 15% chance to fire a level 7 Wave, which kills or wrecks everything not immune to Waves and knocks the survivors back. Whether he fires one Wave or four is luck, and no lineup without a Wave Blocker changes that. So the no-gacha plan is built for luck: a lineup the Cat CPU can run, quick retries, and a clear rule for when a run is worth finishing.
The lineup that does it
Eight units, with two slots left empty on purpose so the CPU spends only on what matters. The three meatshields are Crazed Macho Cat, Samba Cat and Crazed Wall Cat. They're not there to stop the Titan: a Wave kills them anyway. They're there for the Dark enemies that keep coming. Macho Leg Cat, Paris Cat and Dragon Cat all outrange the Titan's 320. Stacked while he isn't firing Waves, they do most of the damage. Crazed Whale Cat is the tough one, biting Dark enemies that push into your line and walking up to punch the Titan directly. Crazed Bahamut hits hardest, but not often. Paris Cat is the only capsule unit here. Without her, use Mother Cat, which you buy from the Special Cats with Cat Food. It's much weaker, but it has 350 range too.
Treasures and items
Every Empire of Cats treasure at Superior. Void Fruit from Into the Future only strengthens anti-Black units' abilities, so it matters only if you bring one. It doesn't weaken the Dark enemies themselves. For items, bring Cat CPU and Speed Up. This stage takes many attempts, and those two make each one quick and hands-free. Bring Sniper the Cat as well: the Titan attacks slowly, so a well-timed knockback can interrupt his swing. Skip Rich Cat. The opening peons pay enough for your Worker Cat.
Before the base: max the Worker Cat
The first few minutes are just peons: Those Guys, Gories, and the Dark ones every half minute. Kill them with a conservative trickle of meatshields plus Crazed Whale, Dragon and Paris, and put every spare coin into the Worker Cat. Don't overspend. Once it's maxed, turn Cat CPU on: it stops trying to level the Worker Cat and spends everything on units. Then walk up to the base.

Read the run by his knockbacks
At 99% base HP, Crazed Titan comes out with three Shadow Boxer Ks. Your ranged stack handles the Boxers, and Bahamut if he's up. After that it's all his Waves, so let the CPU play and watch one thing: how many times you've knocked the Titan back. He has five knockbacks. If he reaches your base before you've knocked him back even once or twice, that run is done. Pause and force-close. No energy or items are lost, and you're back at the start. If you've knocked him back three times, the run is worth keeping.

The continue, and finishing by hand
A good run still rarely kills him outright, and this plan budgets for that. When you've had three knockbacks and the Titan is down to around 30% HP, let him take the base, then spend 30 Cat Food on the continue. Crazed stages allow it. Then turn the CPU off and play the second half yourself. Put every meatshield out, protect Bahamut before you send him, and watch for Waves. When one fires, stop sending attackers until it has passed, so fresh units don't walk into it. Then keep pushing. Once he's down, only the same peons are left.

How it looks when it goes right
A stack of Macho Legs, Dragons and Paris Cats all hitting at once, a few Crazed Whales up front, and the Titan pinned in place between Waves. It takes patience and a lot of restarts. That's normal here, not a sign you're doing it wrong.

Units that take the luck out
The wiki's answer is the right one: Wave immunity or a Wave Blocker. Octopus Cat, Kotatsu Cat's True Form, is a Wave Blocker. Nothing behind it gets hit by his Waves, and it survives a couple of his punches itself. With it, the stage is easy. Jiangshi Cat (Pogo Cat's True Form) always survives a lethal hit, so it outlives a Wave and keeps guarding your attackers. For more damage, bring anything that outranges 320: Crazed Dragon Cat if you've cleared Mammals?, Polevaulter Cat, Drama Cats, or an Uber. Don't bring Kung Fu Cat: its 300 range is just short.
THE SHORT VERSIONThis stage is luck, so plan for retries. Max the Worker Cat on the peons, then touch the base with the CPU on. Force-close any run where the Titan reaches you early. Keep a run once you've knocked him back three times, spend the Cat Food continue near 30%, and finish by hand, holding attackers while a Wave passes. An Octopus Cat removes the luck entirely.
The general approach, from the wiki's strategy notes. The guide above walks through one full clear.
Every Wave Crazed Titan fires cripples most of the field; the fewer Waves, the easier the fight, because his sluggish foreswing makes him easy to stall otherwise.
- Wave-immune and Wave Blocker units take the RNG out of the stage and let you hold ground through multiple Waves.
- Keep the peons from pushing and the Titan itself is not hard to stall.
Crazed Titan Cat is a strong enemy, with lots of health, significant range, a few knockbacks, high damage and constant attacks. He has a 40% chance to slow cats, 100% chance to cause knockback but most importantly has 15% chance to produce a level 7 Wave Attack.
⚙ Trait counters worked out from the roster — the guide's plan doesn't need them; kept for reference
Crazed Titan Cat is Traitless. Anti-Traitless units take less damage and deal more.
Crazed Titan Cat reaches 320 range. Units that out-range it can chip safely without taking hits.
Crazed Titan Cat has a deep HP pool (2,560,000+ even before stage magnification). Heavy single-target burst shortens the fight.
7 enemy types stack up here. Area attackers hit the whole push at once instead of one unit at a time.
